Is there a free trial?
Yes – There is a 1-month free trial. This includes access for an unlimited number of Users and the amount of courses available for the Plan of your choice.
What is a course?
A course can be an online slide-based training used to induct or train employees, or it can be any document or video registered as a course. Courses can be delivered as instructor-led, on-site training sessions, or used to record post-training completed by external providers. All assessments, completion dates, and expiration dates are automatically stored to maintain accurate and compliant training records. Learn more
Does Traina Culture come with pre-made courses?
Traina Culture offers a library of course templates that can be added directly to your company’s course library. Managers, supervisors, and instructors can easily customize each course to match their organization’s specific needs. All courses are available in HTML format, making them simple to edit, adapt, and update at any time.
Are we locked into a term of contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month, with a discount available for annual payment.
We use multiple 3rd party training providers; do you offer API integrations?
We are currently developing our API, which will be available in the near future. This will enable seamless integration of Traina Culture training records with external systems and software platforms.
Does Traina Culture develop customizable courses with videos?
Yes. If you need a course tailored to a specific area, process, or event within your company, Traina Culture can design and develop a fully customized training solution. We already use another training system. Can we migrate our courses to Traina Culture?
If your training content is in video, presentation, or document format, you can easily create and upload courses within the platform.
We are also currently developing SCORM support, which will allow you to import courses from other third-party systems.
What type of support does Traina Culture offer?
All plans include onboarding and training with our Traina Specialist team, as well as support through in-app chat and email. Professional and Enterprise plans also include phone support. Customers have access to our Video Library with tutorials covering the platform’s features.
What happens if we want to cancel?
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Services will remain fully available through the end of the current billing period, after which, no further charges will be applied.
What languages does Traina Culture support?
Traina Culture is currently available in English and Spanish, allowing teams to deliver training in the language that best fits their workforce.
